Philippe Benzoni has more than 25 years of experience in advising SMEs and regional groups in many sectors of activity, particularly in the fields of food distribution, car dealerships, the food industry, service providers and software publishers. He assists his clients in the acquisition, sale or merger of companies. He co-leads the "Consolidation" service line within SYGNATURES. Jean-Yves Gaillat
Jean-Yves Gaillat has more than 25 years' experience in statutory and voluntary auditing in regional and national groups. He is operationally in charge of the Audit and Transaction Services division. He assists and advises national and regional groups in statutory and voluntary audit assignments as well as in the optimisation of accounting and administrative organisations. He assists corporate officers in equity capital transactions in the context of acquisitions and disposals. Jean-Yves Gaillat has been Chairman of Groupe SYGNATURES since 2013.
